  Since taking over the reigns of Hair Machine Salon, owner Justin Ferrara has brought the salon experience to a whole new level. Receiving many awards, including the prestigious 5 year Titanium Award by KAO Corporation, for purchases of Goldwell and KMS brands, earning the title of #1 Goldwell Salon in the Country! Justin began his Goldwell career as a local educator, teaching other salons creative techniques, as well as sharing business building ideas he utilized to create a successful salon environment. From there he travelled Nationally to assist Goldwell national guests artists at the beauty industry's premiere events including the North American Hairdressers Awards, Las Vegas, NV, Colour, Nashville, TN. Most recently he has won a position on the prestigious Goldwell Show Team, traveling to Seattle, Boston, Miami and New York, sharing his enthusiasm and creative expertise. All of this while opening his second location, Tre Salon, Powered by Hair Machine made it's debut in Plainview. Justin believes his success is in placing a very high value on customer service, as well as in investing in the continued advanced education of his staff, to ensure creative and cutting edge styles, along with supreme customer service.   Jenna has been a part of the Hair Machine Family for 4 years. She is inspired by hair color transformations and journeys, as well as learning and adapting new techniques. She has completed Goldwell Master Colorist Level 3 in addition to Color Correction with the talented John Simpson. Making people feel beautiful however is the ultimate passion. Color Corrections are a complicated process that Jenna enjoys because she is able to fix a problem that may have effected someone’s confidence, and once again make them feel gorgeous.   Jessy is a woman of many talents as she is a stylist, colorist as well as a makeup artist. Her artistry first began 11 years ago when she attended the MUD Academy in Soho, NY. There she was able to master the art of makeup specializing in bridal parties and including all ranges from costume to everyday affairs. Her passion grew when she decided to expand her horizons and study hair at the Aveda Institute in Soho, NY. Since then she has been with Hair Machine for 5 years. Jessy is most interested in making people feel comfortable with who they are and accentuating the beauty that they already have. Matt began his journey to becoming a hairstylist when his aunt noticed he has a talent for making people beautiful, it has been over 10 years and he has never been more driven to bring out a woman's inner DIVA! Matt has mastered a wide range of hair techniques including color long & short hair, cutting, and up-dos. Whatever occasion whatever request Matthew will make you shine....

  Kerry has been in the industry for 12 years. Kerry joined the Hair Machine staff 2 years ago; she is a senior stylist and colorist. Kerry loves working with a team of such talented stylists who make sure every client leaves looking and feeling fabulous. Kerry also continuously attends classes to keep up with current styles and color techniques. She has extensive training and certifications from KMS California, IQ cutting method, Goldwell master colorist level 2, and is also certified in Liscio Japanese straightening and Brazilian Keratin treatments. Kerry loves doing precision haircuts on men and women, color transformations, highlights, ombré and single processes for beautiful grey coverage. Kerry is a great listener and really cares about making you feel your best!

  Lauren is a Master Colorist dedicating her career to specializing in hair color. She is always on point with the latest trends and her sole focus on color has allowed her to achieve dynamic results for all of her clients. Lauren offers a full range of color services including, but not limited to, single process color, highlights, balayage, ombré and her favorite, corrective color. Lauren's passion began at a young age through her family's involvement in the salon business which has helped her evolve into the artist she is today. She has over 12 years experience and has worked as a Goldwell Educator for 4 years. Lauren chooses to work only with Goldwell due to Goldwell's dedication to color perfection. She has traveled and worked with some of the greatest artists in the industry and continues that extensive training by attending monthly classes to further develop her technique. Lauren prides herself on her professionalism, strong work ethic and love for making her clients look and feel their best!

  Rebecca has been working in the hair industry for eighteen years. Licensed for thirteen and at the hair machine for 9. She continues to add to her portfolio from working on magazine sets, working the local fashion shows, to now continuing her education within the industry. Rebecca currently holds certifications in keratin treatment, cutting IQ, master colorist, great lengths extension technician, and so much more etc. Most importantly what drives her is to continuously find a way to make her existing clients happy by suggesting the newest trendiest hair in the industry, while providing her new clients with the fresh fun and practical hair. She absolutely loves and craves the feeling that she receives after seeing the smile that comes across a clients face when she has given them their "New look". That look means something different for everyone big and/or small. Yet the feeling is always the same and there is nothing like it. Rebecca specializes in HAIR, HAIR, and more HAIR! She puts her heart and soul in everything she does. She looks forward to each new relationship that sits in her chair.

  Master Colorist/ Stylist/ Texture restyling Specialist

  Respecting the health of the hair is Phil’s philosophy. He specializes in Corrective Color and is known for taking “Bleach Victims”. He uses his six years of experience as a Goldwell educator to expertly restore their hair to a healthy and gorgeous state beyond their expectations. Phil often uses high lift tint instead of bleach that still provides the desired shade of blonde while maintaining the hair’s integrity. Phil also specializes in Nectaya, an ammonia free hair color by Goldwell, that creates beautiful, lustrous, shiny, healthy hair.

  Suzanne has been in the hair industry for over 8 years and a member of the Hair Machine team for over 4 years. In that time She has mastered a wide range of hair techniques. Suzanne first started out in Merrick at the Harvey Allen salon. There she trained with some of the top stylists from England, learning the Vidal Sassoon style of precision cutting and coloring. She has also had extensive training in the Diva Curl system of cutting and styling curly hair and a passion for creative up-do styling for special events. Suzanne believes in continual education and strives to stay at the forefront of her field with her knowledge of new products and services available in order to provide excellent service to her clientele. Being a member of the Hair Machine team has allowed Suzanne to train with some of the most talented educators from Goldwell and KMS, perfecting her skills in creative hair coloring and the top styles and tends in hair cutting. Suzanne places high value on extensive consultations, listening to her clients, understanding their needs and respecting their hair... and she strives for unlimited creativity!

She has extensive training with Goldwell, KMS Califoria and others in a various phases of color, cutting and finishing-including formal up-do’s. Her passion is to focus, listen, and communicate with clients to determine their specific lifestyle needs and incorporate these key factors into a vision.   Kerasilk Keratin Smoothing is a customized treatment that is like no other, There are multiple options which can be customized for all client needs. The treatment allows professionals to control frizz, control curl or elongate curl. It is the perfect service for the client just looking to manage her texture. The Kerashape Technology utilized in this treatment is made up of smoothing ingredients including glyoxlic acid, keratin and silk proteins.
